Patient Privacy Policy

At Falls Oral Surgery, we take privacy issues very seriously.  None of your information will be given to third party companies with the exception of aiding you by filing your insurance claims with your insurance company(ies) or to discuss your care with your physician or referring dentist.  We are also compliant with all HIPPA laws.  If you have any questions regarding our privacy policies, please ask our front desk assistants for more information.
